We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for United Helpers Rehabilitation and Senior Care, a 96-bed skilled nursing facility located in Canton.

The ideal candidate must be a current Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years of professional nursing experience. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a similar field is preferred, but not required. Two years of supervisory experience is also preferred.

The Assistant Director of Nursing will assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department. They will also serve in the role of Facility Infection Preventionist.

Other responsibilities include overseeing the employee health program and assisting the nursing leadership team with the day-to-day management of neighborhood/unit activities. They will also participate on a rotating basis in the Administrator On-Call cycle.

Salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience.
