Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Cincinnati, OH

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for leadership and a desire to advance your career? We’re seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our exceptional team in Cincinnati, OH!

What We’re Looking For:

A licensed RN in the state of Ohio.Management experience (Unit Manager or similar role preferred).A team player who is ready to support the Director of Nursing and lead by example.Willingness to become certified as an Infection Preventionist (we’ll support you in achieving this certification!).

What You’ll Do:

Assist in overseeing the nursing department to ensure high-quality care is delivered.Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.Help maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.Be available on-call as needed to support the facility.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities as needed.
