Valid NYS RN licenseAssociate degree in nursing2+ year of experience as a RN in a leadership role5+ year of experience as a RN in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting in a leadership rolePreferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nursingHighest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilitiesExcellent communication in a fast-paced work environment across teams on different shifts and different departmentsHighest level of engagement within a team setting to promote a positive work environmentPromote and embrace the culture of the facility and its missionProvide leadership and mentorship skills overseeing nursing and nursing support staffPassion to learn, grow, and develop in the nursing fieldOnsite shadow experiences are available for those interested in getting additional insight on this rewarding opportunity!
Pay: $86,216.00 - $128,000.00 per year
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
