Position Overview:

As our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you'll collaborate with our Director of Nursing to lead, support, and inspire our nursing staff. Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and current license. Proven experience in a nursing leadership role. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. A passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to a harmonious office culture.
