Full TimeEvening37.5 hrs. weeklyEvery other weekendEssential Functions:
Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services. Assists the staff with development / implementation of nursing process (i.e. admission assessment, discharge plans and patient teaching). Delegates and prioritizes work assignments according to the individual associates competence and patient care needs. Demonstrates a fiscal responsibility in managing resources, staff and supplies. Follows established guidelines for staffing & scheduling policies, as related to daily staffing, OT, budgetary justification.
