Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Director PC to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and is responsible for assisting with the overall responsibility for running the unit efficiently and effectively.
Develops and maintains an atmosphere within the unit which will enable the staff to operate most efficiently and effectively. Assist with the Supervision of recruitment effort of assigned staffResponsible for all information in the DADS Program Manuals and updates to maintain compliance with all state and federal lawsAssist with the keeping the unit in compliance with program standards
Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.
Salary Range - $81,000/yr to $83,000/yr
About You Must be a Registered NurseHave at least a high school diploma or a general equivalency degree (GED)Have completed two years of full time study at an accredited college or university in a health related fieldBe a licensed physician, a registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist or licensed nursing home administrator with at least one year management or supervisory experience in a health related setting (preferred)At least two years of management or supervisory experience in a health related settingPrevious public health or home health experience preferred.
