An Assistant Dispatch Manager contributes to AHF's mission by presenting a friendly, customer service-based approach to the donation scheduling process. Within their duties of maintaining contribution log, contacting drivers for pick-up and delivery, and monitoring routes. This position has the opportunity to be the second in command for the dispatch team. In addition, flexibility and time management will increase AHF's ability to serve more clients.

 

The Assistant Dispatch Manager can enhance the experience to OTC and AHF by actively obtaining feedback from customers and donators on the driver’s performance. In addition, the individual will function as the acting supervisor in the supervisor's absence.
