Assistant Divisional Social Services Director / Pathway of Hope Regional Coordinator
Overview GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB Enhance and expand The Salvation Army ' s Northeast Ohio Social Service Ministry through the evaluation and improvement of present programs. Specifically , responsible for the Pathwa y of Hope Program. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES + In conjunction with DSSD , evaluate the on-going service delivery systems within the Corps , institutions , and service units throughout the Division , making recommendations as Assist with and/or conduct necessary pro gra m audits for social service programs. + Fulfill the role of Pathway of Hope Regional Coordinator to support the Pathwa y of Hope program and staff in the NEOSA Division . Essential function is to provide supervision to support the direct service, community resource development, and casework consultation to ensure the full implementation of the Pathwa y of Hope model within the Corps Cluster. This includes , but is not limited to : + Supervision of Pathway of Hope Corps/Corps Clusters + Direct case consultation and technical assistance to caseworkers + Facilitate regular caseworker meetings + E ducation and Training + Conduct training sessions that support the initial implementation phase and ongoing requirements for Pathway of + Program Evaluation and Certification + Complete regular record reviews and re v iew of compliance standards n order to assure for pro gra m evaluation/certification requirements . + Assist with the mana ge ment of the Utility Assistance Program for the NEOSA Di v This includes building relationships with corporate partners , understanding and di sse minating the funding g uidelines and supporting local corps staff in the use of these funds . + Be avai lable to assist with Social Services needs in the absence of the Social Services + Other duties as assigned by s up erv isor SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE. Bachelor Degree in Social Work L SW required Minimum 5 years' experience in Social Work field SPECIAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS.
