Job Title: Assistant Electrical Designer
Job Description

As an Assistant Electrical Designer, you will be an integral part of the Substation Group, preparing structural and electrical drawings for energy infrastructure projects. You will work closely with engineers and consultants to create drawings for high voltage equipment, structures, foundations, and electrical schematics. This position involves various phases of planning, site evaluations, analytical designs, report preparation, specifications, and preparation of proposals and construction documentation. You will have the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects and clients.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

The work environment is characterized by a team of 7 dedicated designers. The position is based in our office in downtown Phoenix, where you will be expected to work up to 5 days a week. Our culture is outgoing and we celebrate personal and professional milestones. As a new hire, you will undergo a 0-2 year training plan, starting with extensive training and gradually getting involved in projects and client interactions. There are 4 levels of drafting/design to progress to, each coming with an increase in pay.
