The Facilities Maintenance Assistant Engineer will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the FM team. You will be responsible to assist in ensuring that all facilities-related systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently and safely.

Assisting in the preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems.Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Responding to facility maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues promptly.Managing service contracts and coordinating with third-party service providers.Maintaining records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.Supporting improvement initiatives and efficiency upgrades for facilities.

About You

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management.Good Knowledgeable of MEP system.Strong team player.Able to work under minimal supervision, perform under pressure, proactive.
