As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for assisting with overseeing housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Assistant Executive Housekeeper will also be required to assist the Executive Housekeeper and monitor standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nPrevious experience in a similar position in high volume hotels.\nLeadership and management of large teams, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.\nExcellent conflict resolution skills, ensuring a harmonious work environment at all times.\nWorking under pressure and adaptability in dynamic environments.\nHigh level of English and Spanish.\nCommitment, values and professional ethics, with a vocation for service.\nAttention to detail and quality orientation in standards of cleanliness and presentation.\nKnowledge of hotel management systems and inventories.\nCollaboration with other departments for an efficient operation.\nAvailability and flexibility for rotating shifts.\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nFamiliar with Property Management Systems\nExperience managing a department and Profit and Loss account\n\n
