Overview The Elms Resort & Spa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in leading the housekeeping department to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics across guest rooms, public spaces, and resort facilities. Assist in staff scheduling to ensure smooth operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and peak periods. Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction. Manage inventory control of linens, supplies, and housekeeping equipment. Support budget management, revenue forecasting, and cost control initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and deliver a luxurious guest experience. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in full-service hotels or resorts. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required. Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
