This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. The incumbent must place an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.Job Description
About the Role:
Co-ordinating and integrating all work performed under the FM/MA contractTo lead a team of technical and non-technical staff in performing preventive maintenance, facilities and building works
Co-ordinate and supervise works done by contractors and ensure their performance are in conformance with the Service Level Agreements
Responsible for building risk management, safety, and security etc.
To ensure all works and services carry out within client’s premises comply with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and the Authorities’ requirement.
About You:
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in high rise building environment
Able to manage Hard and Soft FM Services
Good written and communication skills
Experienced in staff management/ leading a team
