Key Responsibilities:Manage site operations, including scheduled and ad-hoc works, to ensure business continuity.
Oversee budgets and cost expenditure for facilities management, covering preventative and reactive maintenance.
Implement and monitor asset management to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Conduct property condition audits and ensure preventative maintenance is effectively managed.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, innovations, and best practices.
Ensure safety measures are in place and align with legislative and compliance requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and proactively address hazards.
Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement and collaboration.
Effectively manage client, landlord, and supplier relationships with a strong focus on customer experience.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting for facility operations.
About You:Experience as a Facilities Manager, covering both Soft Services and Hard Services.
Strong knowledge of commercial property software systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A client-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
