Assistant Facility Manager

Milwaukee WI

9a-5:30pm  M-F

$65,000-70,000

Onsite position. Previous Experience required

Assist the Account Director in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting client’s operation and maintenance objectives

Job Responsibilities

Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction.Be the primary communication hub for the department internally to the buildingOversee CMMS system to meet internal and client objectives.Manage work order process, systems and associated data continuity.Manage Purchase orders throughout life cycle including invoice managementMaintaining of technical libraryVendor management- ensure vendors are badged, help to setup new vendors, scheduling and report acquisition.Maintain hard key system including signing out of keys• Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly.Assist with Project ManagementSupply ordering and product searchesSupport compliance with JLL minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and proceduresEnforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices.Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with GSA standards and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standardsDemonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations.Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.


Job Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.Excellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities in a fast pace environment to achieve JLL and client objectives.Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.Basic knowledge of building systems(HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
