We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager (Regulatory Reporting).

Principal responsibilities

Produce timely and accurate banking returns / surveys to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and reports required by oversea regulators. Ensure the financial compliance in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements of the Banking Ordinance and various HKMA SPMs and guidelines.Assist in formulating the policies related to the compliance of relevant regulatory ratios and control limits.Prepare regulatory related information to senior management, the Board and various committees.Participate in the implementation and development of financial systems for regulatory reporting.Support the Bank’s group regulatory reporting package and published financial statements to stakeholders.
