Assistant Financial Branch Manager

With a strong focus on improving our family’s independence and freedom while aging, we look for innovative approaches to providing the very best care. It with this vision that we are currently accepting applications for an Assistant Financial Branch Manager. The Assistant Financial Branch Manager is responsible for bookkeeping, timesheets, and other administrated tasks around the office. They will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the BrightStar brand. They will collaborate with the Client Service Coordinator to hire, train and place qualified staff with the accounts and families they sign. BrightStar Care is looking for a high-energy and self-driven individual who shares values such as serving with a passion and doing the right thing. Responsibilities:

Collect employee timesheets and complete payroll duties.

Assist with general business administration operations as designated by branch director

Assisting receptionists

Couriering important files

Managing records of company policies and procedures
Coordinating company meeting, events and sessions with other department assistants

Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases

Arranging for the delivery of domestic and international packages

Operations Assistants help the chief operations officer (COO). Operations Assistants must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable.

 

Requirements:

BS in Accounting or FinanceLoves numbers!!At least an associates degree in finance, accounting, business management or business administration0 - 5 years of experience in a relevant positionExcellent mathematical skillsUnderstanding of data privacy standardsIntegrity, honestyCustomer-service skillsSolid communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with business principles and practicesSuperior attention to detail, organizational skills, planning skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, critical thinking skillsComputer skillsMS Office Suite Proficient: Outlook, Word, Excel
