You are responsible for
Responsible for cluster/BMC performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans.Drive analysis of business performance: sales, margin, costs and expenses.Identifying, addressing, and tracking of business issues.To own and manage the strategic and operational (business / financial) planning process and performance management within the organization and drives for the delivery of the committed results.Support FP&A cycle & activities: reference deck/monthly performance review preparation, quarterly forecast and annual budgeting.Coordinate/lead FP&A projects: local/global Hoshin projects.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and or Accounting orientated study preferredRounded financial experience 5+ years working experience, including solid basis and experience in Accounting, Analysis, and ConsolidationStrong Communication skills with variance stakeholders, financer and non-financerIntellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationshipHaving wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressureAdvanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledgeGood communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written;In return, we offer you
