The Opportunity:

Four Seasons is currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Front Desk Manager. The Assistant Front Desk Manager oversees the Front Desk operations and acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available. Directs staff that perform the following duties, and will also perform these duties on own: welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests, and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English. Additional languages would be beneficial.At least one year of experience in a similar role within a five star luxury environment preferredPrevious administration of persons in lifesaving or property protection situations is idealExperienced in CPR, first aid, fire prevention/fighting and crowd control desiredA valid full Driver’s License is required.Leadership skills to provide direction to the management and employees.Has the ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization on the status of security, Health & Safety issue.Has the emotional maturity to understand the impact and sensitivity of security issues.Experience in other areas of the hotel operation s an advantageKnowledge of Opera Reservations System is an advantage

Compensation:

$74,000 Annual Salary
