An ISO Assistant General Manager is a professional level sales and entry level management position responsible for supporting basic and advance functions of a strategic account business. Individual must be committed to inspiring our team, helping our Strategic Account customers succeed and growing our business with integrity.
The role requires understanding of store systems, automotive systems, parts knowledge and has the ability to identify, troubleshoot and project assist for a strategic account customer. Responsible for developing and maintaining Professional Customer relationships and program growth. Is accountable for achieving financial metrics and maintaining service standards. Position is non-exempt and requires an open availability including days, nights and weekends based on the needs of the business.

2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10 - 20 Team Members in a fast-paced and highly dynamic retail or inside sales environmentSuccessful experience managing profitability; proven financial and business acumenEducationHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area preferred.
