Who we're looking for: A passionate, friendly and driven Assistant General Manager to lead our established TeeM. Job Specs + Provide leadership, guidance, training; act as a mentor to leads and front line staff + Work with the GM to drive restaurant success through guest and employee happiness + Maintain a strong floor presence to provide an amazing guest experience to all who visit the restaurant + Collaborate with our passionate Ownership, In-House and Operations TeeMs to ensure staff and guests have a great time while eating delicious food! Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities + Previous management experience leading a medium to large full-service room in a fast-paced and busy environment + Experience with scheduling, hiring, training, reporting + Strong knowledge of product, guest service, and quality standards + Exceptional TeeM management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills and the ability to motivate and mentor others, as well as act as a change agent + Strong organization and time management skills + Understanding of plant based food lifestyle an asset + Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions in English, as well as strong interpersonal communication skills + Able to think independently while working with the direction provided by the Operations TeeM and the Ownership group Perks & Benefits of working at MeeT + Base salary is $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and performance. + Bonus program amounts to up to $12,000 per year depending on the financial performance of the business.
