The opportunityDelaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is searching for an Assistant General Manager to join our team at Via Napoli, located at one of Orlando’s premier theme parks. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be a restaurant leader responsible for training and developing your team, motivate and manage the team as well as oversee business costs including labor, food and beverage as well as delivering an amazing customer experience.
PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 – $110,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
