As AGM, you will play a critical role in delivering hospitality-driven service, ensuring seamless property operations, and cultivating an elevated resident experience. Working closely with the General Manager, you will oversee concierge services, facilities, and office teams while driving operational excellence. Your Impact Luxury Resident Experience: Serve as a key contact for all resident interactions, delivering impeccable customer service and anticipating needs to enhance their lifestyle. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring best-in-class service delivery and smooth collaboration with concierges, maintenance, and office teams. Vendor & Partner Management: Source and coordinate third-party service providers to maintain the highest standards of luxury living. Resident Onboarding & Engagement: Ensure a seamless move-in experience and foster a welcoming community through exclusive events and engagement initiatives. Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage accounts receivable, rent collection, and legal proceedings while maintaining accurate administrative records. Leadership & Growth: Mentor team members, develop best practices, and take an active role in enhancing the building’s operational and service standards. The Assistant General Manager is more specifically responsible for assisting the General Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, monitoring and leading the sales process, assist in the training, motivation and development of the concierges, maintenance, and office teams. You will be the key contact person for all resident requests providing unparalleled customer service at all times. You will also be involved in the financial aspects of the operations and capital projects. Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years in operations and luxury customer service, with a strong preference for experience in property management or hospitality. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in analyzing P&L statements, variance reports, and budgets to drive operational efficiency. Technology Skills: Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends, particularly during lease-up periods, to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
