Hands on Day-to-Day Activities of the Restaurant, not limited to:Monitoring Food, Guest, & Employee SafetyMonitoring Food & Labor ControlsRunning Shifts & Working Through Shift LeadsCash HandlingSupporting GM Duties, not limited to:Maintaining Current Initiatives & GoalsAdministrative ResponsibilitiesInterviewing, Hiring, & TrainingGeneral MaintenanceWork a 50 Hour Work WeekAbility to adjust your schedule based on stores current needs


Qualifications:

A Passion to Lead & Develop People and Drive ResultsMinimum 1 Year Restaurant Supervisory ExperienceBasic Food Safety Knowledge – ServSafe Training ProvidedBasic Math and Computer skillsStrong Guest Service SkillsStrong Communication SkillsStrong Conflict Resolution Skills
