The Assistant Hospital Services Administrator (AHSA) assists in managing the overall operations for nursing services and care, and overseeing the administration and coordination of services to licensed Acute and Sub-Acute Care Programs in the Hospital Services Group. DaVita partners with hospitals and other sub-acute facilities to provide dialysis treatment to their patients. The AHSA will supper for Hospital Services Administrator in these partnerships. This role focuses on building proficiency in managing hospital programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Lead a team of 30-40 direct reports (RNs, PCTs, admin assistant, drivers) that appreciates, supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.

Manage the operations of multiple hospital contracts within a region, including P&L, budgets, and leading our programs to meet performance goals

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in related area preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in dialysis facility preferred
• Current CPR certification required (or certification obtained within 60 days of hire)
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required; functional proficiency in all DaVita clinical and business applications required within 90 days

Salary/ Wage Range

$72,000 - $89,000 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
