Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join their team! This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk!

Ideal candidate for this position will have previous hotel housekeeping or front desk leadership experience, a strong customer service background with excellent computer, communication and multitasking skills.  We are looking for someone with a great personality who is ready to assist our guests and team members with anything that may arise. Shift Pattern: PM shifts, starting as early as 2.30PM and finishing as late as 11.30PM.  Flexibility for 2-3 AM shifts, weekends and holidays is required.

What will I be doing?

\n

An Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization and execution of all housekeeping functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific responsibilities of the position may include:

\n\nLeads, trains and supervises room/suite attendants and housepersons on a floor/in an area to ensure all rooms/suites and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards\nCommunicates and coordinates with Engineering/Property Operations to ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of items related to guestrooms and public areas\nKeeps designated inventories (i.e. linen, etc.) and ensures stock rooms and carts are maintained with proper supplies\nAssesses inventory of, assigns, inspects and verifies and reports status of rooms/suites\nMonitors payroll reports, work schedules and lost and found program\nEnsures stock rooms and carts are maintained with proper supplies\n
