WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Strategic Planning & Organizational:

Org Insights generation using Data analytics reports.Support in implementing organizational change, ex. managing job move and exit processes related to organizational changes during re-organization.Driving People agenda focusing on talent development and engagement, building the culture, and supporting the Leadership team on the way to becoming a high-performing team. Preparation and follow-up workforce plan, headcount budget, preparation, monitoring, coordination, and reporting of HR Planning. 

Talent, Performance & Coaching:

Lead PIP and other disciplinary processes and consequence management.Supporting on performance improvement to LMs and employees.Oversee the attrition and retention risks in the Business to help HRBPs.

Employee Relations:

Take a proactive approach to employee relations, reviewing data and spotting any employee relations trends, recommending solutions and coaching Line Managers to take any actions you feel are the right steps to take/ tackle problems before they grow.Guide Leaders in relation to HR policies and procedures (such as performance improvement, grievances, absence management etc.), coaching them through the process and ensuring they have a good understanding of the legal requirements.Manage onboarding, job move and exit employee engagement. Own the end-to-end employee cycle – partnering line managers and acting as a single point of contact for employees in your function area, through key career moments such as onboarding, role moves locally and globally, career growth, parental leave, time off, exit, etc.  Support Local HR People Agenda: Work with Leaders to create and deliver project plans for managing any change programmes and reorganisations.

Experiences & Qualifications

Maximum 2 years of HR Experience, HRBP or People Partner experience is a plusIn depth knowledge & understanding of the business to create a people strategy that drives business growthAbility to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively.Management of complex organizational change or transformationStrong organization skills as well as attention to detail and diligence. Strong multiple stakeholder management skills.
