Assistant Kitchen Manager
Full Time, 12 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Position Summary: Duties include management of the Dietary Department and personnel, ensuring quality food preparation and service to all customers, while meeting budgetary guidelines. Responsibilities also include clinical duties as appropriate.
Experience: 1 year of healthcare dietary work preferred and 2 years of supervisor experience required.
Certifications: May be required to have or obtain a Food Handlers Certificate or Sanitation Course, as required by state regulations. CDM preferred. If not CDM certified, the candidate must agree to earn their CDM within one year of employment.
