Job Description Handle and prepare specimens for testing, ensuring accurate data entry and QC in LIMS. Review documentation, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate workflows. Act as primary customer contact, ensuring satisfaction and meeting needs from delivery to reporting. Maintain logs, billing, and perform quality checks. Document complaints and train personnel. Skills and Requirements Associates (AA or AS) degree. One year of experience as a Lab Tech; combination of education or experience in related field.
