Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and complete label service projects.Inspect and approve label proofs and PSA reports, ensuring compliance with client requests, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance labeling processes and minimize errors.Train new department members on work instructions and software.Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client protocols, and quality criteria.Demonstrate and model the company's values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.Offer process improvements to enhance products, processes, and the work environment.Assist in pre and post printing processes associated with production jobs as advised by the Team Leader or manager.Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Knowledge& Skills:

Excellent oral and written English language skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate on tasks.Proven ability to troubleshoot and determine solutions to problems.Ability to multitask and maintain high-quality standards.Strong communication and coordination skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficient computer skills and familiarity with labeling software and systems.

Experience& Education:

Bachelor’s degree as the first degree.
