What you'll do:

Load and operate Dexter feederSet up, adjust, and operate metal sheet feeder and register tableAssist in setting up and adjusting Litho press, coater, and ovenAssist in placing ink and/or coating material in machinesAssist in washing up Litho press and coaterChange press plates and/or blanket.Straighten wicketsReport operational difficulties to press operator or supervisorUse waste sheets in setting up a pressPrepare materials for subsequent ordersRecord process and production recordsObtain viscosity readings, film weights, set oven temperature and dampen pressKeep assigned work area neat and clean; clean equipment as requiredRelieve as requiredCommunicate between fellow workers and supervisors needed information to keep process flowing to qualify and production standardsFollow all Plant food safety procedures
