Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Loss Prevention department.Ensure the safety and security of all hotel property, guests, and employees.Conduct regular security patrols and surveillance of resort premises.Assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.Investigate and report any incidents, accidents, or criminal activity promptly.Provide support during emergency situations, including fire drills and evacuations.Monitor surveillance systems and ensure proper documentation of incidents.Assist in training and supervising security team members.Conduct safety audits and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in security management or related field.Proven experience in security or loss prevention, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of security protocols and safety regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Fluent in English and Thai.
