As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will assist in the machine setup, monitor performance, ensure product quality, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support troubleshooting and documentation in a manufacturing setting. What We Offer: Pay of $16.00 per hour First Shift | Monday to Thursday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required) Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions Physically capable of standing for long periods and assisting with lifting finished rolls Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Ability to work in a manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, and machinery What You’ll Do as an Assistant Machine Operator: Assist with setting up and adjusting machinery to meet production specifications Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth and consistent operation Load raw materials and remove finished products efficiently Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with 5S principles Report mechanical or safety concerns to the machine operator or supervisor promptly Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a secure work environment Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues as needed Accurately document production and maintenance records
