Specific duties include cleaning, installing, repairing, replacing insulation, filters, and other components of the assigned systems. **Apply now** if you meet the qualifications listed below! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Assist in the management of day -to-day operations of the refrigeration department. + Oversee the maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal functionality. + Supervise and train refrigeration technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols. + Collaborate with the refrigeration manager to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. + Manage and supervise refrigeration associates including hiring, training and developing. + Ensures the Quality Improvement Process and team management concept are employed. + Provide timely, accurate and consistent reports, i.e., safety, production, cost administrative. + Provide a safe work environment for all associates by eliminating unsafe acts or conditions. **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:** + Trade school diploma or equivalent experience. + 3+ years' experience assisting with related refrigeration equipment. + Ability to use hand and shop tools used in the maintenance and repair of refrigerated systems. + Proven experience in refrigeration system maintenance and repair, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. + Strong technical knowledge of various refrigeration systems, including industrial and commercial applications. + Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. + Ability to read and understand sketches and manufacturer's instructions. + **SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 6am-3:30pm-** **2pm-1130pm; 10pm-7am-Starting** **Pay-** **$85-90K** **BENEFITS:** + Health Insurance + Life Insurance + 401(k) + Short Term Disability + Paid Vacation& Sick leave + Paid Holidays Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.
