Position: Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Now accepting applications at Joe Basil Chevrolet: 5111 Transit Rd, Depew, NY!

Handyman/ Custodian Compensation: $17-22/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Five days a week- Some weekends or off hours May Be required for emergency maintenance

Assistant Maintenance Supervisor Job Duties and qualifications:

Minor Electrical and Plumbing repairsDrywall repair and paintRemodel and demoReplacement of ceiling tilesPerform preventative maintenance on tools and equipmentRearrange office furniture and equipmentOccasional janitorial dutiesSeasonal Landscaping Lawn and Parking Lot MaintenanceSnow RemovalMonthly OSHA and fire prevention InspectionsAbility to use hand and power toolsAbility to climb a ladder and lift at least 60lbsPerform other duties, as assignedBenefits:Work/Life BalanceWeekly PayAffordable Medical Benefits401K with employer match after 1 yearPaid Time OffPaid Holidays
