Job Description:
Role Summary To support the overall sales strategy and promotional efforts of the Department. Uplift the brand presence of Sun Life MDRT in the market, as well to promote Agency Value Proposition and the three elements under AVP – Collaborative, Progressive, Impactful around the initiatives and programs under agency development, promotion and communication. Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in formulating and implementing sales and development strategies in promoting Sun Life Agency Value Proposition through various channels, both internally and externally (digital, print, events)Promote MDRT Whole Person Concept and deliver the competitive edges and differentiations of Sun Life MDRT in marketSupport the creation and execution of agency campaigns to deepen Sun Life MDRT culture among agencies and recognition programs to engage agencies.Collaborate with Marketing Department on promoting marketing events and engage agencies e.g. DragonBoat, Run, Concert /Sponsorship, Roadshows etc. throughout the year Work closely with Training Department on training program design and execution to build agency mindset, skills and uplift agency abilities to achieve MDRT, COT and TOT. Assist in collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment on agency incentives and campaigns are in placeJob Requirement Diploma or abovePosses at least 5 years' related experience within insurance industryStrong business acumen with solid understanding of agency culture, agencies' needs and behaviorExcellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese and preferably MandarinExcellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skillsHighly organized with creativity to develop innovation solutionsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team and fast-paced environmentAttentive to details & sensitive to figuresCreative thinking for developing engaging promotionsStay up- to- date market trends. Good problem-solving skills for developing innovative strategiespositive mindset to work with agencies and to create successful events and initiatives to get buy ins from agencies.
