Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced candidate participate throughout the distribution compensation process for multi-distribution channels.  Responsible for all aspects contributing to system projects including new compensation system setup, system enhancements, and support routine compensation verification and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with both internal and external IT professionals for project implementationCommunicate between technical and business teams to align the understanding of requirementsGather business requirements from channels and define user requirementsRequirement analysis and prepare user requirement documentationIdentify and communicate potential risks or issues related to the system designDesign test cases and perform user acceptance tests, and regression testingProvide training and documentation to DCN users for system enhancementConduct post-implementation checks to verify successful deploymentAddress production issues, oversee error resolution and suggest workaroundVerify and ensure the accuracy of distribution compensation calculations and paymentsAssist in financial reporting, documentation and prepare monthly journal booking

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Team player with good interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with good analytical skillsProficiency in Excel and data analysisInsurance knowledge in compensation for multi-distribution channels is an advantageGood command in both English and Chinese

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Distribution Compensation PlatformsFLMI qualification is an advantage
