Assistant Manager, Education Services NA
**Description** This role will support the ongoing transformation of the brands approach to field education by expanding digital learning. They will help build a continuous, personalized, agile, engaging digital learning journey that supports the brand strategy, drives business outcomes and elevates our retail employee & customer experience. This position will exemplify the brands values and stoke a values⁃led and winning workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Support Director Digital Education to develop, organize and execute Video Content strategy seasonally (40 %) + Collaborate with Associate of Education Operations and Product Development to determine product samples needs and orchestrate shipment to Creators. + Liaise with the Regions and Artists to commission UGC content by drafting support requests and designing Creator Briefs. + Lead the aggregation of UGC content by directly briefing Creators, tracking timelines and responses, following up when needed, downloading and reviewing footage. + Assist in the planning and production of video shoots lead by Global Education. + Support the editing process by organizing and providing Creative Assets and footage to the editor(s), and participate in the Review phase through final video approval. + Assist in management of final video content delivery, including creation of VTT transcripts, sharing of content with the field, uploading to CMS/Brightcove, timely activation of videos on various platforms. Support the Digital Education Team in creating engaging, innovative digital learning content that meets learning objectives and supports brand strategy (30 %) + Contribute to training needs analysis. + Ensure Education directives for digital learning are followed so content aligns with IRL educational initiatives. + Develop skills to design digital learning modules in Articulate Storyline 360 through online courses and other self⁃development + Work with and collaborate with Digital Team members to implement those skills in Articulate Storyline 360 to create e⁃learning content for MMX + Update existing digital learning modules. + Help to gather data, feedback and insights on digital learning content and apply these insights to continually improve our digital learning user experience. + Help to source, evaluate, recommend and implement new digital solutions to build capabilities for the future. Leverage and provide logistical support to existing learning technologies (Product Knowledge Manual website, interactive video platform, LMS) (10 %) + Support Digital Education team by updating content across all our digital platforms. + Provide logistical support and training to our global power users. + Provide technical support to the broader Artist community to enable access to learning technologies as needed. Collaboration & Teamwork (10 %) + Collaborate closely and productively with the Global Education team, subject matter experts and corporate partners. + Help to apply a design thinking approach to design and development of all learning experiences. + Embrace and adopt a test⁃and⁃learn mindset. + Provide support to Education initiatives as needed.
