Assistant Manager, Employee Benefits Sales Support & Digital Worksite Channel

Job Summary

Perform quality support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients and intermediaries Involved in cross-sell initiatives via digital worksite marketing channel (“WSM”) to EB clients Participate in projects to automate and digitisate processes to ensure seamless EB and WSM processes to improve turnaround time and service levels


Key Responsibilities

Perform and manage sales support and WSM team to improve turnaround time and service levels Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities Prepare sales support productivity report and recommend action / process to improve productivity of the team. Involved in the automation and digitisation of EB sales support and WSM processes


Key Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field Above 4 years’ experience in EB and/or WSM Good communication and interpersonal skills
