Position Summary

The position requires the ability to analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support. The ideal candidates need to have a proven background in data analytics with strong mathematical or statistical aptitude.

Role and Responsibilities

Collect the financial data from subsidiaries or the system.Prepare the data properly and report to the HOD.Define any potential financial risks and suggest possible solutions.Respond to ad-hoc requests from MENA office or Suwon Office.Work closely with related departments, such as Innovation, marketing and each product.

Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in English and KoreanProfessional Knowledge in Financial and Management Accounting.Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully with strong mathematical abilitiesStrong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectivesWorking experience at least 5 years in Finance DepartmentGood communication skills especially good written and spoken English is mandatory.Proficiency in Excel is a must and knowledge with Accounting ERP system.Quality management—the individual looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughnessJudgment—the individual displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisionsPlanning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
