Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The roles of Assistant Manager, Mezz are as follows:
Assist OB Manager to drive the achievement of all tasks (include belt pick, case break and picking from mezzanine area) to reach agreed Service levels so as to meet or exceed customer expectations. Lead team to achieve or exceed efficiency/cost/SLA (service level agreement) KPI target. Training team staff to follow company safety policy (EHS) to create a safety environment. As one of super users to join super user training and UAT testing, meanwhile offer key inputs to the training and testing result.
Key Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for training key user under his/her work group to ensure every trainee to fully understand daily operation Work together with supervisor of wave release and monitor closely, support wave release & monitor supervisor according to delivery schedule and other priority criteria to work out wave release planning. Effectively communicate with other OB internal and IB equipment stakeholders to ensure meeting the planning schedule requirement. Management Mezz team to execute own area task, balance efficiency& workload among belt pick, case breaking and picking from mezzanine to meet wave resale schedule, work together with supervisor for unit sorter, supervisor for shipping and supervisor for equipment very well to ensure achieve the final delivery schedule excellent. Develops, coordinates, and maintains a system for identification, evaluation of team and employee productivity rates utilizing MA systems tools and reports. Develop people, build up an efficiency and high quality and cost saving team. Lead and manage team staff to learn and execute company policy special the EHS policy to build up a safety environment for everyone

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Reading and Writing of English capability. Familiar with WMS system is preferred Good communication skill Stable personality, Customer-driven orientation, Teamwork Competency with Excel, Word, PPT, Access and MS Project are required.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University or above education background. 3 years warehouse background is needed, auto or semi-auto distribution centre experience is preferred.
