Assistant Manager, NPI City: Gurugram **​Manufacturing​** AM – NPI’s role is to enable NR growth and GM improvement by ensuring on-time and effective execution of NPD / EPD and GMI projects for Reckitt India. The role requires a good understanding of supply chain management including basics of Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning & Logistics. It also involves efficient coordination with multiple stakeholders across numerous departments and geographies. The person is the supply representative for all projects and is responsible for leading the project teams for successful implementation, ensuring all the tasks encompassing a project get completed on time, in full and with all the required compliances in place. **About the role** The Asst. Manager – NPI is a part of Supply organization with functional linkages to multiple departments. The role requires delivery of NR growth and GM improvement through effective and efficient implementation of multiple projects. **Your responsibilities** - Liaise with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging Development, Procurement, Supply Services, Factory and External Manufacturers for effective and timely execution of projects. - To ensure that projects are executed as per the agreed timelines to generate projected NR / GM. - Deliver the cost saving project. - Tracking, facilitation and reporting of all cost saving projects. - Efficient handling of projects ensuring minimum cost/investment through meticulous planning of trials, material ordering and transitions - Replication of global excellence initiatives / learning in the country - Capacity planning whenever required from NPD / EPD POV - Material planning for new product launches - Ideate opportunities of improving Gross Margins across product categories **The experience we're looking for** - MBA with Graduation in Science / Engineering - 2-3 Years of Post MBA Work Experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management - Project Management experience is preferred. - Strong Communication, Ownership and Stakeholders’ Management **Equality** We recognise that in real life, great people don't always 'tick all the boxes'.
