Assistant Manager, Reporting Operations Analyst

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager/Reporting Operations Analyst
The Business Intelligence Team, part of the Enterprise Analytics Team, designs, develops and maintains reporting dashboards to develop data-driven insights that identify and diagnose specific execution opportunities in both the field and Club Support Center.

Responsibilities
• Acquire in depth knowledge of Client data and analytics environment
• Oversee the execution of both automated and manual reports across multiple technical platforms, including but not limited to Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, SAS, and Power BI
• Build SOPs for incident management across platforms
• Construct and maintain the runbook to manage the suite of enterprise analytics BI processes
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with the internal reporting team as well as stakeholder
• As needed, preprocess and clean data to ensure high-quality input for analytics data processes
• Provide reporting to management on key metrics such as Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, support time, and error frequency. Recommend enhancements to improvement the environment and eliminate redundancies
• Code enhancements to existing reports.
• Seek methods for automation of manual or partially automated processes
• Assist with impact analysis, UAT, and development as a part of source system projects that impact existing production reporting.
• Perform adhoc analysis as needed

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Relevant years Alteryx, Tableau/Tableau Prep, SQL or other small database platforms and visual analytics tools preferred; aptitude to understand and develop code strongly desired
• Relevant years of industry experience in data analysis
• Strong math skills, analytical background and business sense in order to understand drivers of execution performance
• Data driven with an objective lens to view operational performance
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to provide requested deliverables in an easily digestible manner
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop collaborative partnerships with peer analysts on the team and other peers from home office functions
