We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Shield Claims.

Principal Responsibilities

Assess Pre-Authorisation and medical reports escalated from our Shield LOG team and decide if LOG can be issued within the internal turnaround timePerform Quality Checks (QC) on shield claims and LOG casesHandle escalated emails from our contact centre and internal customers on Shield claims related enquiriesHandle CPFB payments of Life Health claims and Shield claims and perform reconciliation of such paymentsSupport admin officer in claims registration and other admin work when the staff is on leaveOther duties as and when specified by Team Lead and Head of Department
