Job Description
To undertake commercial valuation assignments in Vietnam independently or as part of a team.
To take responsibility for valuation assignments and liaise with clients to discuss their needs.
In charge of the market research of all valuation & advisory assignments across Vietnam, analyze and organize information for valuation and advisory purposes.
Writing full valuation reports and other consultancy reports including market advisory.
Guiding junior staff to conduct partly or fully valuation reports.
Making proposals and contracts as well as communicating and meeting with clients
Inspecting sites/ buildings and reviewing building information.
Run financial calculations on property appraisal/advisory
Build up the internal database on Viet Nam economic indicator and real estate market situation, especial for real estate market transaction database.
Work with other departments in the company to meet requirement of customers.
Undertaking any ad-hoc projects at the Company's discretion.
Skills and Knowledge
Understanding of statistical calculations involved in Valuation reporting, absorption, construction, rental rates, leasing, sales activity, renovation and proposed activity
Excellent social / general knowledge
Good English (both written & spoken)
Good analytical and written skills
Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
Execute research initiatives
Qualifications
Relevant degree in property valuation
Relevant professional membership (MRICS)
Valuation appraisal certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance
Minimum 4-5 years post qualification experience
Proven track record of valuation of real estate assets including mortgage and comercial assets.
Growth mindset to build business, including revenue, team, and geographical spread
Familiar with the Vietnam property market
Ability to communicate and analyze market conditions for the purpose of business development to support internal and external clients
