Assistant Manager,Business Development, HSBC Life Insurance

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Ÿ Supporting tasks to establish new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers

Ÿ Providing support to the communication new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers

Ÿ Supporting distribution channel business development strategies

Ÿ Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business as well as increase revenue for existing ones

Ÿ Collaborating with internal stakeholders, which may include relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank

Ÿ Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities

Ÿ Protect the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews

Ÿ Deliver new product training and updated OP/POS rules

Ÿ NB POS case on-site initial check and delivery

Ÿ Business meeting event local support

Ÿ Provide timely delivery of service and support to their sales teams of frontline

Ÿ Help to resolve customers issues/ complaints to build customer loyalty for insurance company

Ÿ Training record keeping and filing
