What You’ll Do

In partnership with the Store Manager, model and lead a customer first selling culture through effective routines, visual brand standards, and engagement behaviors.Provides leadership support during the seasonal period that is focused on the overall store logistic processes that support company initiatives and productivity goals (both on and off hours processing).Partner with Assistant Manager: Operations and Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to plan and prepare the stockroom for inbound freight using all available planning tools.Support the Assistant Manager: Freight Flow with guiding and directing associates on all freight processing, recovery, and replenishment activities.Maintain stockroom and top stock standards and organization that supports efficiency and safety standards.Validate and ensure flawless execution of all omni channel initiatives, inclusive of all inbound and outbound freight activity.Timely follow up on all truck receiving and/or data integrity issues.Responsible for parts ordering through BOLT and any QA issues.Complete Loss Prevention Certification Training in Workday and adhere to the responsibilities associated with key carrier functions.Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by and in the absence of the Store Manager.
