What You’ll do on a Typical Day:

Blackline CoE: Deliver on Blackline Roadmap

Lead the implementation of Blackline enhancements across all phases (design, build, test, deploy)Collaborate with Controllership, technology teams, and vendors for system optimizationIdentify and configure new matching use cases, including building data sourcesImplement Financial Reporting Analytics (FRA) and variance analysis for reportingConduct discovery and fitgap assessment for the Blackline A/R module to enhance O2C processesWork closely with Controllership team, Technology, and BlackLine for implementation of Journals module for initially identified use casesScale Journals module implementation with identification additional use cases for Journals automation and configure automated journals from Reconciliations, Data Sources, and Matching

Project Management

Engage with process owners to gather requirement and translate them into technical specificationsDevelop and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrationsLead system upgrade and enhancement projects, minimizing operational disruptionsOversight of System Administration and SupportCoordinate system administration, including handling user access, system maintenance, and troubleshootingCollaborate with Blackline support and development teams to resolve software issues

Training & Compliance

Develop and deliver training programs on Blackline modules and best practicesEnsure the system adheres to regulatory requirements and internal controlsDistribute regular reports on system usage, performance, and compliance

What We’re looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related fieldBlackline certification preferred; CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with 2 years handling and implementing Blackline or similar systemsGood understanding of accounting principles, financial reportingExperience with system implementation and project managementExperience in Blackline optimization and advanced transformation initiativesKnowledge of NetSuite and an IT background are advantagesUnderstanding of business process flows, data management, and financial system standard methodologiesAbility to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environmentShould be comfortable to work in EMEA Shifts
