Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.A work permit will be provided by the resort.
What you will do:
Support the Department Head in building and motivating a skilled team, fostering continuous learning, and promoting company values.Coach and develop employees, ensuring their personal growth and career advancement.Ensure departmental organization, efficiency, and alignment with company policies.Provide exceptional guest service, creating personalized experiences and resolving concerns promptly.Lead by example, actively participating in service and mentoring team members.Plan and execute events, propose menus, and provide wine recommendations.Manage resources effectively, including budget planning, table management, and inventory control.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.Stay updated on industry trends, conduct food and wine tastings, and inspire team passion.Represent the Department Head as needed, ensuring seamless operations.What you bring:
3-5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality.Strong leadership and growth potential.Proficiency in English, math, and psychometric analysis.Business acumen and exceptional guest relations skills.Passion for food and wine, supported by professional training.International experience & fluency in a foreign language.What we offer:

This is a full time position48 hours a week with one day off
