Job Description

Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses - specifically Assistant Managers that are looking to grow and become general managers. We want to teach you how to run your own business one day, but first we make sure you learn the basics.

Assist the General Manager as directed

Assist in hiring, training, and managing employeesDevelop good customer relationships and address customer service needsAssist with, inventory and other operational functionsCommunicate between managers, customers, and employeesAssist with deliveries as needed based on business (optional)

Serve as acting General Manager (GM) when GM is away

QualificationsExcellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectivelyStrong leadership abilities and initiativeExcellent delegator and mediatorGreat interpersonal skills and customer serviceQuick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
